Construction Update August 23

The Dietz Stadium construction site has been busy. The turf, track, scoreboard, and stadium lighting have been installed. Trees have been delivered and planting has begun.

The new grandstand seating, platforms and ramps will arrive on Monday and will be installed next week.

The final paving and striping of the parking lots is scheduled for next week.

Central Hudson is scheduled to install the new transformer and switch on the power by the end of next week.

After which, all systems will be commissioned and tested, which will allow us to reach substantial completion and the site will soon be open to the public.

Construction will continue on the interior of the grandstand to complete locker rooms, bathrooms, and storage area, as well as the 50-yard line access tunnel. Interior construction is expected to be completed by the end of October.
