He manages multiple capital projects with responsibility for planning, design, project management and construction inspection. He also regularly works with the Common Council, other local governments, state funders, and community stakeholders to complete small and large projects.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">Prior to his position with the City, John held a range of engineering positions with State and local governments and has also worked extensively as an engineering consultant. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the Stage of New York.</span></p>
