Amy Groves is Principal and Senior Project Director at Dover, Kohl & Partners (DK&P). DK&P creates visions that guide the future of neighborhoods, cities, and regions, working directly with municipalities and citizens in an interactive, engaging way. 

While each assignment is different, the keys are quality urban design, a collaborative multidisciplinary approach, and ready-to-use implementation tools. Amy has participated in over 50 Dover-Kohl charrettes for downtown master plans, redevelopment plans and form-based codes, as well as new neighborhood and town plans.  

She is a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), is certified by American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and by the National Charrette Institute as a charrette planner, and has taught at courses offered by the Form-Based Codes Institute (FBCI).
