Complete Streets Training
Join us for a Complete Streets presentation, March 1, 2023 at 6:00pm in Conference Room 1 at City Hall. The training is open to the public and the goal is to review the concept of streets that are designed for all users and how that can be applied in Kingston. It will include best practices, case studies, and implications for Kingston. Spanish interpretation will be available.
POSTPONED: Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Draft Plan Public Meeting #2
Please join us to learn about the Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. NEW DATE: March 21st, 6pm. The Plan includes an inventory and analysis of current road conditions, streetscape recommendations and toolkit, programmatic and education suggestions, and funding sources for implementation. The PBMP also includes 25 maps and many appendixes. Comments will be accepted until April 14 and can be made via an online form here (preferred), or emailed to eflynn@kingston-ny.gov.
City of Kingston Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan Public Information Meeting #1
A public meeting to further engage the community in the process will be held on January 18, 2022. Consultants and City staff will review the project, share initial community responses, and invite additional input. This meeting will be conducted in English & Spanish.
