All sales of acquired via the abandonment or tax foreclosure process follow the City of Kingston Disposition Policy. This page will be updated if and when the City is offering any property for sale.

    Hello,

    The process the City of Kingston takes in selling abandoned/ tax-foreclosed properties is set out  in the Disposition Policy (this policy is posted on this page). Typically, when there is an opportunity to purchase a property the City will either hold an auction or put out a Request for Proposals.
