Kristen's Practice Story

One of my first memories in Kingston was visiting the Muddy Cup that used to be in the Mullard Building when I was a student at Bard. I rode my bike over the Rhinecliff Bridge from Bard, and planted myself in the coffee shop with my little apple laptop to do some schoolwork. I remember thinking that the place was so hip even though it was a bit empty. I was sad when it closed.

Dangerous intersection for bikes and cars

I was almost hit by a car here this past Monday, June 22. I was riding my bicycle. I was turning left from Pine Grove onto Broadway during the green light. The other car was driving on Pine Street, stopped at the stop sign, turned left onto Grand and then right on Broadway, I'm assuming they also had a green light. I've had issues with people not knowing who has the right of way here before. Changing the Pine/Grand intersection will help. Maybe also a protected left hand turn light from Pine Grove or a red or green arrow from…
