Dangerous intersection for bikes and cars

I was almost hit by a car here this past Monday, June 22. I was riding my bicycle. I was turning left from Pine Grove onto Broadway during the green light. The other car was driving on Pine Street, stopped at the stop sign, turned left onto Grand and then right on Broadway, I'm assuming they also had a green light. I've had issues with people not knowing who has the right of way here before. Changing the Pine/Grand intersection will help. Maybe also a protected left hand turn light from Pine Grove or a red or green arrow from Prince Street would increase safety.
