Where's the plan?

The public has not seen the updated plan for this project nor has there been an in-person meeting (whose purpose is to display the printed plan and enable the public to talk with project managers and engineers) as there was for Franklin St. The Zoom meeting held last December is not an equivalent. Plus, were flyers distributed to property owners and residents about the meeting? They weren't. We need to see the plan, where the bluestone sidewalks will be preserved, which trees will be preserved. When will this happen? Also there was an EIS which failed to mention this significant historic resources on the street. Can you release this? Was it updated since it has since been clarified that a portion of Henry is in the Fair Street Historic District? And what is the timeline? The city should not move forward until the public is properly informed and has the opportunity to comment after it sees the plan.
